Inizialmente attribuite al genere mwegEubranchipus, fu in seguito spostato all'attuale dai carcinologi mwewstatunitense Denton Belk e mwfqslovacco Ján Brtek in uno studio del 1995.cite-ref-2[2]

Descrizione

Piccoli crostacei d'mwhgacqua dolce adattati alla sopravvivenza in pozzanghere temporanee per poi rimanere quiescenti a bacino oramai asciutto,, conservano l'aspetto generale degli altri mwhwAnotraci noti e viventi, piccole dimensioni, corpo allungato approssimativamente cilindrico e assenza del carapace.

• mwjaDexteria floridana (mwjgDexter, 1953) (sensu mwjwRogers, 2002)
